The plexus over here is made up of the nerve bunches of Sushumna and the sympathetic ganglion that are situated on either side of the Sushumna. The internal organ conjoined to it is the adrenal gland and it secretes the adrenal hormone. When this adrenalin is active it has the capacity to overcome mental turmoil and other obstacles. Its main function is excretion and emission. But when it is activated it increases vigour and vim. All mental distortions like lethargy, indolence, distrust, indiscipline etc. are destroyed. Over here there is a lotus with 6 petals. Its seed mantra is Vum. The Tanmatra of this Chakra is Rasa (juice) and its element is water. Mooladhar and Svadhishthan Chakras come under one group and its union (focal point) is called Rudragranthi. The third Chakra is Manipur. From the anatomical viewpoint it is found in the navel region i.e. the lumbar region of the Merudand. Over here is the solar plexus which is formed due to the union of sympathetic ganglion and a bunch of vagus nerve bundles. The gland conjoined to this is the pancreas which makes enzymes apart from hormones. When this Chakra is activated ones vigour and will power augments. Its main function is to help digestion. Our mental distortions decrease and one is inclined to follow the spiritual path. This lotus situated in the navel has 10 petals. Its seed mantra is Rum. So there is bound to be conflict between the present and the future and conflicts will always exists between Sales & Marketing. Technically speaking… most of you would know that sales is the actual process that happens when the product is bought. Sales guys are there to make more transactions possible. Marketing is the process the preceeds sales and is present after sales. The product awareness to image building so more guys come to sales is what the purpose of marketing is. Here are some tips to get a common ground between sales & marketing so that complement each other , instead of playing a blame game. 1. Get them together, place the sitting arrangement together. Of course this is easier said than done, but it is possible to do it. Many people give up the effort because they are overwhelmed with so many things to do. He just did one thing: he fasted during one day of each week of that month. Thats all he did. If you dont like fasting or are not ready for it, then try one experiment with food. Give up eating foods with unnecessary added sugar such as cookies, cakes, candies, soda etc. I tried this recently and lost ten pounds. After a meal, instead of eating a sweet dessert I eat a piece of fruit. Its possible, and you dont have to change anything else. And, if you are not ready to change your eating habits, then try adding some exercise to your life. Take a walk after dinner instead of sitting in an easy chair watching TV. Put on your mp3 player, get out in the fresh air and digest your dinner with a brisk walk. Walk 20 minutes away from your home and 20 minutes back. Do this every night and you are sure to lose some weight, and also improve your digestion and sleep. Another small change you can make is to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Four liters (quarts) spread out over the day will help you to control your appetite and also help your over-all bodily functions.
