Marriage Advice: How To Love Your Wife Unconditionally

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

By Cucan Pemo It is hard to find love and unconditional love at that. It can sometimes be hard to find someone who you can love unconditional. When you love unconditionally, you love the person no matter what. The first step to being in a healthy marriage is being in a love filled married. For you to love your wife unconditionally you first have to like who you are. For you to give love, you have to be satisfied with yourself. If you are not satisfied with who you are, then you will have insecure that get in the way of your marriage and relationship. Loving unconditionally may be every hard for some because they cannot love themselves. Insecurities can put a lot of wear and tear into the relationship. The next step to loving unconditionally is finding your beliefs. You have to have a spiritual feeling towards something. Regardless of what religion that you pursue, you should be able to find strength, support, and a higher feeling when you believe in something. When you believe in something bigger than yourself you are able to see all the things that are right in front of you. You will be able to see all of those who care and love you. You will also be able to recognize that love and give it back. You will be able to feel love and to send others love. For you to be in a relationship that is unconditionally filled with love you have to find someone who you think you could love for the rest of your life. You need to find someone who you have a true connection to. However, loving unconditionally does not mean that you give into everything. Some things that your mate will do will be devastating to your marriage. Rather it be stealing money from you, having an affair, or just doing things that aren’t appropriate for married couples, you may find that you love has it’s limits. When it comes to betrayal or deceit, they are two exceptions. Loving unconditionally means that your wife can crash your pickup and you don’t get upset for the pickup sake. It’s about still caring for her when she burns dinner or gains five pounds, if you can love without concern to change then you can love unconditionally. There are no steps to love. You can’t learn how to love unconditionally. You just love. A lot of people will step into a marriage blindly, but they were just in love. Sometimes it works out and some times it doesn’t. So how do you know the different between love and lust? Love and lust have a thin line dividing them. Love is when you’d do and say anything to have that person in your life. Lust is when you’d say or do anything to be “close” to them. When you have figured out that you are in love you have to ask yourself a question. Could you allow her to destroy your prized possessions and not think twice about them? Could you move across the country for them? Would you support their every move? If you can then you already love unconditionally. To love unconditionally you have to be completely open and honest. You have to let the person see who you are and allow them to accept you. You have to be willing to express your ideas and your feelings to this person. You have to be free of all insecurities to be completely in love. To love unconditionally you have to be completely honest with your wife and with yourself. You cannot have any hidden agenda or motives. You need to be in the relationship because you need to be around the person, not because you think it might make you whole or that you might get ahead with your career. Love is not something you learn, it’s just something that you do. It’s hard to love and trust someone, but without trust you’ll never be able to love. You need to take inconsideration of their thoughts, needs, and feelings so that you can be the ultimate support system (even if you are against the idea). In addition, you need to learn how to love yourself. You will never learn how to love if you can’t look in a mirror in accept yourself. How can your wife accept you, if you cannot? You have to get the thought of making yourself love unconditionally. You either do or do not. To find out if you truly love them unconditionally, you have to think of some of the most horrible situations and then ask yourself would you care about the situation or her. It means to be fully present, in every single moment. To be fully aware. To be fully open, honest, transparent. It means to be fully willing, to express the love that is in your heart full out. To be fully loving means to be fully naked, without hidden agenda or hidden motive, without hidden anything. And you say that it is possible for human beings, for regular people like me, to achieve such love? This is something of which we are all capable? It is more than that of which you are capable. It is that which you are. This is the nature of Who You Are. The most difficult thing that you do is to deny that. And you are doing this difficult thing every day. It is why your life feels so difficult. Yet when you do the easy thing, when you decide to come from, to be, Who You Really Are - which is pure love, unlimited and unconditioned-then your life becomes easy again. All the turmoil disappears, all the struggle goes away. This peace may be achieved in any given moment. The way to it may be found by asking a simple question: What would love do now? This is a marvelous question, because you will always know the answer. It is like magic. It is cleansing, like a soap. It takes the worry out of being close. It washes away all doubt, all fear. It bathes the mind with the wisdom of the soul. What a good way of putting that. It is true. When you ask this question, you will know instantly what to do. In any circumstance, under any condition, you will know. You will be given the answer. You are the answer, and asking the question brings forth that part of you. Do not second-guess this answer when it instantly comes to you. When you second-guess is when you fool yourself - and can make a fool of yourself. Go into the heart of love, and come from that place in all your choices and decisions, and you will find peace you seek. Discover how you can save relationship the EASY way! An Age Old Battle: Marketing vs. Sales

Monday, January 28th, 2008

By Phil Grisolia Is it really a battle, or merely a misunderstanding? Perhaps its time the business world takes another look at both of these two revenue producing activities. Both, after all, have undergone subtle changes in recent years. What prompted my taking a second look was a colleague who recently found himself between jobs. Hed worked in one area of Marketing or another for all the years Ive known him. Hes good at what he does, largely because he enjoys the kinds of open-ended challenges Marketing offers. Until now, changing jobs had always been his choice. But having to find a new Marketing position this time he was down-sized caught him unaware of something thats actually been going on for years: the confusion among many, including both senior managers and HR staffers, over what is Sales and what is Marketing. Yes, hes networking with his Marketing peers, but to discover what other opportunities might be out there, hes done numerous online searches using Marketing as his key word. Much to his surprise, about 75 percent of the Marketing positions that show up in his searches are in reality Sales positions, most with the word Sales showing up in their titles or early in job descriptions. He thought that a bit strange, and said so as we had lunch a few days ago. Strange it may be, I explained, but that confusion about two very different types of jobs has existed for a very long time. I went on to share with him how someone much older and wiser than me described for me a number of years ago what he saw as the differences between Sales and Marketing: Sales, he explained, typically involves finding and motivating potential buyers for goods or services that already exist. Marketing, said that elder statesman, involves finding out what the potential customer wants, then deciding how to produce it economically and deliver it profitably. Sales, he added, centers around the old saying about finding a need and filling it. Marketing, however, grew out of finding and at times even creating a want, then being able to create and deliver at a profit that which can satisfy the want. Taking his explanation a step further, the old gentleman went on to say that Sales more often than not involves a logical buying decision, while Marketings success often depends an emotional ones. An over-simplification? Perhaps. Trying to explain in a few dozen words something as complex as the differences between Sales and Marketing can only lead to over-simplification. But the differences are worth noting because they are significant, and they can influence how a business goes about seeking customers. 2006, Philip A. Buying an RV from a Private Seller

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Barry_Wilder]Barry Wilder Just as the RV Dealer isn’t your enemy - the Private Seller can be your best friend. They don’t have ANY appreciable overhead built into the sale, other than the cost of their advertising, and/or any repairs or refurbishing to be done to the RV. The private seller is usually much more motivated than a dealer. They only have ONE unit on which to concentrate their efforts. Many times their sole intention is to rid themselves of the burden of their no-longer-needed RV. In RARE cases, they are WISELY selling by owner so they can move on to a unit more suited to their present needs and desires. This allows them to sell their RV for a higher price than a dealer would allow them on trade-in, while still offering a bargain to their potential buyers. Purchasing from a Private Seller can work to your advantage in many ways: 1. Lower overhead = Lower selling price. 2. Higher motivation = Lower selling price. 3. No over-pricing to allow for trade-ins. 4. More complete vehicle history. 5. A more personal transaction. Because of these benefits, buying an RV from an individual may allow you to save thousands of dollars over buying a similar unit from a dealer. You MUST however do your due diligence prior to the actual purchase. Any faulty systems left unchecked or untested will likely become your own burden unless discovered PRIOR to your purchase. In other words: “Caveat Emptor”… or “Buyer Beware”. For now, let’s take a look at some of the advantages of buying an RV from a private seller. Lower or NO Overhead Costs Most individual sellers will incur minimal selling costs when selling “by owner”. Most of these costs will come from advertising in local newspaper classifieds, Internet advertisements or other forms of marketing. When compared to the costs incurred by an RV dealer, the individual has a major advantage. First of all, they have no commissions to pay upon the sale. Commissions in the RV industry are commonly set at approximately 20% of the gross profit. In other words, if a salesman sells an RV for an average profit of $5,000 - Then $1,000 of that is going to the salesman as commission. This is not a concern for the private seller, therefore sales commission ALONE can be a potential gain of $1,000 or more to the buyer. (Not to mention the other $4,000 the dealer gained over his wholesale price) Also, because of the minimal or nonexistent overhead of the individual seller, profit is commonly NOT a motive for selling. In MOST cases, the sellers simply want to rid themselves of the unit. This usually translates into THOUSANDS of dollars in savings. While most private RV sellers will try to achieve a RETAIL sales price when the unit is initially offered, they rapidly tire of the stresses of the sales process and lower their “perceived” value of the RV. In other words, when they start the sales process, they have an unrealistic impression of their RV’s value. After dealing with prospective buyers for a minimal amount of time, they rapidly become educated on the true value of their RV. Seriously, think about your own experiences. How many times have you tried to sell something for a premium price, only to accept a lower, yet HONEST offer for much less than your original price? It all goes back to the old saying: “One in the hand is worth two in the bush.” In other words, fatigued sellers WILL accept a bargain price if the offer is GENUINE. It ends their suffering - so to speak. The key is to FIND these fatigued sellers when they are weak. Just as the predator on the African Plains seeks out the weaker and slower prey, you must find the weary seller - and strike when they are at their weakest point. Ruthless -yes… Unethical - no. It’s the law of the urban jungle. Live and prosper by the law, or live and pay a higher price… still by the law. (I can’t believe I just wrote that) Higher motivation = Lower selling price Most private sellers are very IMPATIENT. They easily tire of the phone calls and missed appointments. Many times they tire of NO phone calls or ANY appointments to view their RV. This quickly motivates them to consider any and all GENUINE offers. Many times these sellers have found an RV that they wish to purchase upon the sale of their present unit. They worry that if their RV doesn’t sell quickly they’ll miss the opportunity to buy their TARGET unit. This also makes for a very motivated seller. Most of these sellers realize that if they can sell their RV for a little more than the RV dealer is offering on trade-in, they will come out ahead. This is a win-win situation for both buyer and seller. They are willing to accept a little over wholesale for their RV, and you able to purchase the same unit for MUCH less than if it were for sale by an RV dealer. No Over-Pricing to Allow for Trade-Ins Hopefully you realize that an RV dealer will ALWAYS take a trade-in at, or even BELOW wholesale. Also, that same dealer’s “sale price” will nearly ALWAYS be set HIGHER than the actual RETAIL price of any particular unit. This is done to allow room in the price to show the buyer a retail price for their trade-in. We know that there was a time you may have traded a car, boat, RV or something else to a dealer (of any kind) and thought you actually received RETAIL on your trade-in. You DIDN’T - EVER! If you don’t accept this for ABSOLUTE truth, then we have failed in our efforts to educate you in the dealer/individual sales process. Complete Vehicle History Most RV dealers DON’T want you to contact the previous owner of a used RV. Go ahead and try it… Next time you’re looking at a used RV, ask the salesman if you can contact the previous owner. You’ll be amazed how the salesman can come up with excuses NOT to contact the previous owner… at least not until the sale has taken place. It may be reasons of privacy; it may be against company policy… it will, however be very entertaining. Private RV sellers normally have a much different philosophy. They’re TRIHILLED to provide complete records of service work, maintenance, storage information, etc. If they don’t… you might want to ask a few more questions. This is a good indication of a negligent RV owner. They may be passing their headache on to you. Do your homework and ask for as many details about the unit’s history as possible. A more personal transaction One of the most gratifying aspects of buying a used RV from an individual is the personal aspect of the buying process. As a result of your investigation of the RV, you become intimately involved with the seller. Hopefully, the RV you are considering has been the seller’s prized possession. They have loved it and taken care of it. They have (hopefully) kept complete records on each and every repair, improvement and service work done on the vehicle. Selling their prized RV is practically the same as losing a child to college. In many ways, these conscientious sellers may seem to be sizing you up as a potential owner of their pre-loved RV. However, at the right time, and for the right price… They’d more than likely sell it to a carnival. Barry Wilder President - Best Rate, Inc. Beach Wedding Favors

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

By Kevin Stith Wedding favors have become a necessary part of wedding planning. Wedding favors are small gifts from the bride and the groom to their guests during a wedding ceremony. Wedding favors express the gratitude of the couple. They are memorable mementos to be kept by the guests. Wedding ceremonies are based on different themes depending on culture, interest, budget, imagination or seasons. Weddings with a beach theme have natural beauty, mystique and elegance and the guests who attend them will have an exhilarating experience. This in itself is a favor. Beach wedding favors can express the vastness and beauty of the beach. There are different categories of beach wedding favors. Sliver beach wedding favors are elegant and classic with silver coasters, wine stoppers, wine-bottle openers as unique beach wedding favors. Edible beach wedding favors include personalized candy bars and cookies. Cinderella beach wedding favors including glass slipper key chains, pumpkin -shaped candles, decorative soaps and pumpkin paperweights are added to beach weddings. Home made beach wedding favors allow the couple to give unique personalized favors to their guests which can be easy to make and inexpensive. They can add a personal touch to the entire wedding ceremony. Most common personalized beach wedding favors are playing cards. Champagne glasses, soaps, paperweights, picture frames based on the beach themes can be used as personalized wedding favors also. One of the common beach wedding favors is seashell wedding favor which covers seashell coffee scoops, sea shell toothpicks, shell mint packs, etc. Other favors are beach themed coffee favors, beach sand pails, sand castles, flip flop candle favors, dolphin shaped wine stoppers, dolphin-shaped bottle openers, shell candle favors, beach chocolates and cookies. Miniature models of lighthouses, beach chairs, yachts and sailboats can be given as beach wedding favors. Prices of these beach wedding favors are from 1$ to 5$ and they vary with the materials used. Internet / On-Line Dating - What If It Really Was For Free?

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

By Ted Gross A great deal has been said about the pros and cons of Dating Sites on the Internet. There is no doubt that those who use dating sites either due to social constraints in their real life or because of a desire to increase their circle of friends should be aware of not only the positive side of on-line dating but the negative aspects as well. One things remains clear. Internet on-line dating sites are clearly getting more and more members. So what if it really was for free? A few months ago, after doing an exhaustive study of some internet dating sites as well as trying to map out some of the various general trends beginning to be visible in regard to internet sites in general, I realized that almost all of the on-line dating sites have a few things in common. None of the below is to imply that these sites are not legitimate. Indeed almost all of them are very legitimate and run by major companies. 1. Reliance Upon User-Memberships For Income - Obviously if people don’t frequent their site or refuse to pay membership for it, then they can no longer afford to keep it open. Thus it becomes imperative to convince the “visitor” to take out their credit card and become a member. 2. In order to allow visitors to get acquainted most dating sites will allow a “free search” or allow you to contact a specific number of members for free. Others will allow you to receive email from members (after you have filled in your profile) but to either read or answer those emails (flirts etc.) you must pay. This is “waving the candy in front of the baby” routine. “See, we have people who want to contact you - it is worth the $xx.xx to pay us”. 3. Almost all of the sites have an automatic recurring fee after your first membership expires. If you do not remember to physically go and cancel your membership your credit card will be charged. (This by the way is one of the most lucrative incomes for dating sites.) 4. There are other things they do to convince you of their status and how large their membership is, but we will leave this for the technoligical article on building these sites. As to the possible member, and those either new or experienced to the dating game on-line there is one big frustration. Once you pay for one site you search around for other sites. Usually and before you know it, you have become a paying member at 3-4 sites, which can easily lead to payments of $100+ every three months. This is not a small amount considering what you really get for your membership. Having been in the position myself, and coming from high-tech while my expertise was in databases and viral technology, I could not but begin to wonder if there was not a better way to do this. In research I discovered a few trends on the internet today: 1. Services are being offered for free. Just look no farther than ezinearticles.com for proof of that. However, it is obvious that no one does this out of the goodness of their heart. Obviously even when services are offered for free, there is a sound and viable financial plan behind the web site. 2. Internet sites that offer their services for free swiftly garner the LOYALTY of their users. This loyalty in many ways transfers into monetary gain for the site. If a user feels loyal to a site, because the site indeed offers what it says it will to the user, and the user gains from those offers, then the user will be that much more inclined to: a. tell their friends about the site b. shop on the site (if it is an affiliate site) c. click on Google adverts etc. if they appeal to them 3. The most popular internet sites on the net, are those which do offer these things for free and do meet their promises to their users. As in all other service industries, if one wants to offer a specific service for free, and as in our case a dating site, the following guidelines should be in place: 1. Enough financial capital to offer these services for free at startup and to advertise them within the normative internet advertising framework. (Make no mistake - this is a huge investment and not for the weak of pocket or will or heart!) 2. The dating site MUST contain all the bells and whistles of the leaders in the market and then some. 3. It could not be a “canned” solution where you buy the software from a third party and put it up on your url. (This requires a marriage in possibilities between the software publisher and yourself which often does not allow for more “creative” solutions.) 4. EVERYTHING offered which the member wanted to make use of, e.g. profiles, email, photo uploads, etc. etc. had to be for free. Period. NO tricks. NO scam. NO come-ons. Beginning to end - FREE. Obviously, no on-line dating site can do a background check on their members or in any way refuse membership just based upon their name or inclinations. This is up to the “couple” to discover and to check out. But what it can do is to offer a way for the members to feel secure, implementing security to the highest level possible, and not allowing spam or unsolicited emails to get through. In conclusion, it is up to you to be an “educated consumer”. You can choose to pay for something which is offered for free elsewhere under the wrong assumption that “you get what you pay for”. Today on the internet, and now especially with internet dating sites this is simply NOT true. You get what the site offers. And if it offers the best and top quality, and to boot it is free to use, there is no longer any reason to go elsewhere. And that is, as the clich goes, “the bottom line”. Copyright 2006 Ted W. Career Advice: Career Growth Begins with Career Boundaries

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

By Cathy Goodwin “My new boss casually asks how I spent my weekend. I want to keep my personal life private.” “My parents criticized my decision to start a business. They’re convinced we will soon be living in a homeless shelter.” “My friends invited me for lunch this week and I just don’t have time for one more social event.” As you begin a new venture — job, business, promotion, relocation — you may feel you’re living in a glass bubble. Friends, coworkers, and family watch you closely, wondering if they’ll have to pick up the pieces after a midlife crisis career crash. You love them, but you need to set limits. Life gets crowded when you live in a small bubble. 1. Draw your own boundary map before getting caught in tough situations. If you’re clear on your own needs, your lines will be solid. 2. When you’re asked a tough question, use the opportunity to communicate the message you want to send. Q: “Shouldn’t you be spending more time with your family?” A: “I have a wonderful family. Did I tell you my daughter is a starter on her high school basketball team? And my son just won an award for” 3. Skip apologies and explanations unless you really need forgiveness. Q: “Can we get together for lunch next week?” A: “Gee, I’m so sorry, but I have all these errands to run, and my mother will be visiting, and” Ouch! Let’s try it again: A: “I always enjoy lunch with you, but this week won’t work for me. Can I call you later to set up a time?” OR (if you never want to have lunch with this person): A: “Lunches do not work with my schedule. Let’s stay in touch by email.” 4. Borrowing money or asking for favors will erode your boundaries. If your parents lend you $20,000 to buy a house, they deserve regular updates on your financial status. If your coworker watches your cat for a week, she will expect vacation stories (as well as a delightful gift and a promise to hire a sitter next time). 5. If you find yourself surrounded by people who push your boundaries, consider reviewing your priorities with a coach, counselor or trusted friend. Your words and gestures may signal, “Come on in!” when your brain says, “Keep away!” Finally, don’t beat yourself up! Genuine self-acceptance and self-confidence will deter most boundary-trespassers. And sometimes you risk loosening your boundaries, recognizing that life in a glass bubble can also bring unexpected help, surprises and even rewards. Midlife Marriage - Love It Or Leave It?

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

By Sheryl Kurland In the U.S., in 2000, the most recent year for which good data is available, the most-divorced age groups were men and women between the ages of 45 and 54 years old. Almost 15% of men and 18% of women in that age group were divorced. About another 2.4% of men and 3.1% of women were separated. The groups on either side 35 to 44 and 55-64 were tied for second highest in both separated and divorced categories. As these figures show, midlife divorce has become a startling trend. Americans Are Not Alone In Canada, the weekly magazine Mcleans recently reported a similar surge in midlife divorces. Between 1993 and 2003, the latest year for which statistics are available, the countrys overall divorce rate fell by more than 11 %. However, divorce among 50-54 year olds rose 34%, 55-59 year olds jumped 47.8%, 60-64 year olds increased 31.7 %, and 65+ years of age increased 9.2%. Statistics in the UK reflect a similar trend. While the overall number of divorces per 1,000 married people increased 2.4% from 2000 to late 2005, for ages 35-44 the divorce rate rose 12.9% (to almost 22 divorces per 1,000 married people), and for ages 45+ the divorce rate climbed 19.2% (to 6.2 per 1,000). No country has been more galvanized by midlife and later divorce than Japan. The number of divorces among couples married for 20 years or more hit 42,000 in 2004, double those recorded in 1985. What happened between I do and I dont anymore? Triggers of the unraveling marital bond at midlife are varied and many: Shift in social attitude toward marriage and divorce, and the legal ease of getting a divorce. Increased longevity and attention to personal happiness. At 45, people are now facing another 40 years with their spouse rather than 20 or so a few generations ago. They dont want to spend decades more in misery. Financial independence of women due to successful careers. Economic affluence provides self-assurance and fewer fears about going it alone. Children have flown the coupe. Couples who stayed together for the sake of the kids now have the freedom theyve been waiting for to split. Onset of double menopause. For both men and women, passage into midlife can stir an emotional rollercoaster. Spouses simultaneously struggling with aging may take out their inner turmoil on each other in the form of resentment, frustration and rejection. Verbal, physical or emotional abuse, differences in values and lifestyles, cheating, and alcohol or drug abuse. Emotional … Economic Effects of Divorce Those who think divorce will provide relief, should consider the potential pain, too. Healthwise, the stress of divorce diminishes effectiveness of the immune system and therefore, increases illness. Headaches, back pain and arthritis are more prevalent. Entry back into the dating scene and pursuance of multiple sex partners heightens risk of sexually-transmitted diseases. The emotional devastation increases the likelihood of psychological disorders, such as depression, and drug and alcohol abuse. Divorce, job loss and illness top the list as the most common causes of personal bankruptcy, with divorce often being the catalyst of the other two. Divorce can disrupt the job productivity of an individual for years. Higher absenteeism and presenteeism (being physically there, but mentally checked out), poor morale and moodiness, and inability to focus contribute to work problems. Interruptions due to meetings with attorneys, court dates, relocation, and the like, also hamper functioning. The financial bill is also hefty. The average cost of divorce in the U.S. is estimated by Forbes to be $15,000 to $30,000. Court fees can add $25,000 for a two-day trial. A study by Ohio State University ’s Center for Human Resource Research found that divorce reduces a person’s wealth by 77% compared to that of a single person. Marriage Resuscitation Todays the couple next door got divorced so it must be OK mentality leads many others to conclude that ditching their union is the only choice. Contrary to perception, marriage resuscitation at midlife is a viable option. For a couple whose marriage has hit this juncture, the following eight pointers will help get the process underway: 1. Accept that neither of you are exactly the same person as when you married. Experiences and events change us. Attempting to recapture what once was is futile. The relationship, much like a faltering business, has to be restructured to meet each others needs today. 2. Get to know each other again. In the busyness of life, spouses forget to focus on each other. Jobs, professional commitments, community activities and other obligations pull couples apart. To counter the tug-of-war, just as you schedule meetings for these responsibilities, make appointments to be together and re-connect. 3. Look in a mirror. Would you marry you? When a relationship hits the skids, natural inclination is to blame the other person. Instead, take a good, hard look at yourself. Do you still make an effort to look attractive (not to be confused with being skinny)? Are you proud of who you are? Do you have a healthy sense of self-worth? If you cant answer yes to these questions, theres work to be done. 4. Peel back arguments to identify their roots and modify how you handle your differences. When a dispute is stripped down to its core, its often discovered that the squabble was precipitated due to one spouse possessing a strength where the other has a weakness. The person with the strength has more knowledge, information, experience, skill/talent or education than his/her mate on the subject of the disagreement. A strength pit against a weakness turns into a fight. Rather than function in opposition, re-program yourselves to blend your differences. 5. Dont stick to the same old patterns, routines and habits. Predictability causes monotony. Sit down together and list the boring stuff. Then brainstorm new ways to do those things, creating a new list to spice up the relationship. 6. Create a couple tradition. Family traditions are commonplace, but what about traditions for just the two of you? Traditions can add excitement to a relationship, serve as an anchor, and provide glue for the union to remain sturdy when the going gets rough. Establish one or more traditions to make your relationship special year after year. 7. Love the one your with. Observations at the office, gym, social outings and elsewhere may lead you to believe that others are having all the fun. Dont be fooled. How many times have you seen the couple who seemed to have it all wind up in divorce court? Rather than wallow, devote mental energy to rekindling the romance between you and your mate. 8. If you seek professional help, do so with a positive attitude. For marriage counseling to have a chance of success, a couple must start with the proper outlook. Think How can we revitalize our marriage? not Should we get a divorce? Taking action to transform a marriage that has fizzled into a renewed source of joy and pleasure requires time and patience. In the process, each spouse is likely to discover incredible strengths within themselves and the relationship. With steadfastness and perseverance, theres high probability that a couple will come out of the journey amazed to have opened a new world of opportunities with their marriage not only intact, but better than ever.
